Because we do not hold physical inventory for all products, items may be shipped directly from our partners’ facilities. We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and images, and any minor variations between photos and the actual items are generally due to manufacturer updates or differences in production runs.

Fulfillment & Carrier Details

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
  • Carriers: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

Shipping Directly from Manufacturers

  • Dropship Model: Some items ship directly from our manufacturers or distribution partners to offer specialized and diverse product options.
  • Extended Delivery Times: Deliveries can take up to 15 business days or slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
